While strategies and tools can certainly help you on your journey, that’s not what my work is about. It’s about recognizing that your internal reality creates your external reality. It’s about going within to transform who you are and what you do by focusing on how you are in this world – for everything permeates out from our state of being.

Holistic approach
My work does not exist in the vacuum of a singular area of life because everything is connected. While having focal areas is completely normal and expected, we often are surprised when moving the lever in one seemingly unrelated area of life can drastically influence and inspire another. Through a holistic approach with a spiritual lens, my practice honors that we contain multitudes – allowing you to dance with whatever is coming up, whilst staying aligned to your main goals.
Human-design informed
We all have different energy blueprints and ways of moving through the world. Learning how to intuitively work with our unique energies is one of the most powerful things we can learn for creating lasting behavioral change. That’s why I weave my client’s human design into our work together. Honoring the different ways our energies flow and leaning into our strategies + authorities help us navigate life in a way that organically creates ease and expands our unique energy.
